Perched high above Kamari’s black sand beach, this private enclave of 36 rooms, 27 suites, and three villas captivates with its whitewashed walls, volcanic stone, and soft coastal hues reminiscent of Santorini’s shore and sky. Each guest room celebrates local craftsmanship with natural woods, sea-inspired tones, and private terraces that bring the outside in. Nearly half of the rooms feature private pools. The exclusive villas offer private pools, expansive terraces, and the kind of privacy that makes the island fade into the background.

Unique Culinary Experiences with Local Roots
Sandblu Santorini’s six dining venues each offer a distinct glimpse into the island’s culinary delights – from freshly caught fish and seafood to the volcanic-soil wines for which Santorini is famous. Nectar reinterprets Greek cuisine with a modern twist, while Plateia offers indulgence from breakfast to late dinner with views of the infinity pool and the sea. Aroma houses a wine cellar with 300 labels, including local and international vintages. Mornings begin at Stari Bakery with warm pastries and freshly roasted coffee. The highlight of the dining offerings is Blu. Designed by Rockwell Group, this terrace restaurant is located off-site and combines modern Greek-Mediterranean cuisine with Santorini’s most iconic view – the caldera, a UNESCO geological world heritage site.
