Frankfurt/Main, January 26, 2026. EL AL is immediately introducing a special service for new bookings for a period of two weeks. Under the motto "Fly With Confidence," flights can be canceled for any reason up to 48 hours before departure. Instead of a refund, customers will receive a voucher for the full ticket value – at no additional cost.

In view of current uncertainties, EL AL is also increasing capacities in its customer service centers to provide the best possible support to travelers with existing bookings for rebookings or changes. The service centers are available around the clock and process thousands of inquiries daily. Despite the increase in staff, there may be higher call volumes and longer waiting times.

The new service applies to all new bookings on all EL AL routes with departure and return until March 17, excluding LITE tickets and award tickets. Bookings can be made via the EL AL website and through travel agencies.

EL AL thus underscores its commitment to acting as Israel's air bridge and offering travelers flexible and accessible solutions.
