Moby Lines 2026: Extensive Route Network and Comfortable Crossings to Popular Mediterranean Islands
Budenheim, February 18, 2026 – In 2026, Moby Lines is focusing on an extensive route network, modern flagships, and services that turn the crossing itself into a holiday experience. The shipping company is once again extending the season on many routes, offering connections to Sardinia, Corsica, and Elba – for more flexibility beyond the summer months.
For 2026, Moby Lines offers a proven yet flexible route network: year-round connections on main routes, extended season times on popular routes, and a level of comfort that creates a holiday feeling already on board. The shipping company enables travelers to discover the Mediterranean islands far beyond the summer months.
To Sardinia all year round
The heart of the Moby network remains the year-round Livorno-Olbia connection. Here, the two flagships Moby Fantasy and Moby Legacy are deployed – two of the largest and most environmentally friendly ferries in the Mediterranean. A complete deck is dedicated to gastronomy, with the brand "Gusti Giusti" standing for Italian culinary art with fresh, regional ingredients. In addition, there are spacious cabins, free Wi-Fi, and digital services that make these ships a new generation of ferries.
The Genoa-Olbia route has always been the gateway to Sardinia for travelers from Northern Italy and Northern Europe, who highly value this route. The Genoa-Porto Torres route will also continue, served year-round by night crossings. The Civitavecchia-Olbia route offers year-round night crossings. In addition, there are extra daytime connections during the high season. The Santa Teresa Gallura-Bonifacio route is considered the fastest connection between Sardinia and Corsica, operating several times daily and year-round.
Corsica and Elba: Flexible Island Access
Moby Lines operates daily crossings to Corsica from Livorno and Genoa to Bastia. The island of Elba is served from the port of Piombino in Tuscany – with destinations Portoferraio, Rio Marina, and Cavo. Short crossings make Elba the perfect destination for spontaneous getaways.
On Board: Comfort from the Start
The Moby fleet offers modern services for a pleasant crossing. Free Wi-Fi on selected ships such as Wonder, Fantasy, and Legacy allows passengers to stay connected even during the journey. Onboard dining ranges from à la carte restaurants to self-service areas and several bars – with a focus on freshness and regional products.
Cabins in various categories offer comfort for every need: from compact inside cabins to spacious four-bed cabins with portholes and private bathrooms. For families, playrooms and children's areas are available. Bookings can be managed and updates retrieved via the personal online area and the Moby app. The Moby CARD program rewards loyal passengers with exclusive benefits.
With Moby Lines, the crossing becomes the first part of the journey – with modern comfort, Italian hospitality, and a route network that makes the most beautiful islands of the Mediterranean accessible all year round. While winter still reigns outside, travelers can already plan their summer 2026.
