Israel at ITB Berlin 2026 – Exhibitors, Topics & More
Israel, February 20, 2026. The Israeli Ministry of Tourism will be present at ITB Berlin 2026, the world's largest tourism trade fair, with 25 exhibitors. Following tourism figures for 2025 that indicate an initial stabilization of the industry, high-ranking representatives of Israel's incoming tourism are looking optimistically ahead, providing information on the current situation and strategic plans for 2026. Various events for media representatives and travel professionals will also take place at Stand 206 in Hall 21 during ITB Berlin 2026.
This year's delegation from the Ministry of Tourism includes Michael Yitzhakov (Undersecretary, Israeli Ministry of Tourism), Yoash Ben Izhak (Senior Deputy Director for Marketing, Israeli Ministry of Tourism), and Hassan Madah (International Marketing Director, Israeli Ministry of Tourism). Ron Prosor, Ambassador of Israel to the Federal Republic of Germany, will also be present. The official opening of the Israel stand at ITB Berlin 2026 is scheduled for March 3, 2026, at 10:30 AM.
From the Israel Government Tourist Office for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, Ksenia Kobiakov, Director for the German-speaking region, PR Manager Henriette Pansold, and Marketing Manager Sven Höhne will welcome interested trade visitors.
During the trade fair days, individual discussions and interviews with representatives of the Israeli Ministry of Tourism and the Israel Government Tourist Office are possible. These can be arranged in advance via Israel@bz-comm.de.
On the late afternoon of March 3, 2026, the Israel Government Tourist Office, together with the Ambassador of Israel to Germany and co-exhibitors, invites media representatives and travel professionals to a stand event. Attendees can look forward to Israeli finger food, Israeli music, Israeli wine, and inspiring conversations. Interested media representatives can register online in advance (registration deadline February 25, 2026).
At the Israel Stand, ITB Berlin 2026 visitors can also familiarize themselves with Israeli wines and sample selected varieties.
In addition to the Ministry of Tourism, over 50 representatives of Israeli service providers and regions will be present at ITB. These include co-exhibitors such as EL AL Israel Airlines, regional destination representatives like the Jerusalem Development Authority, the Netanya Association for Tourism, or the Arava Desert, hotels such as Fattal Hotels and Isrotel, as well as numerous tour operators and DMCs like Deisenhaus or Amiel Tours.
