India was the partner country at CMT 2016 and BZ.COMM supported India Tourism Frankfurt with following services:

     Coordination of the opening ceremony
     Organization of cultural events at the booth such as Bollywood dance show, henna painting, Yoga demonstration and Yoga Class
     Organizing and conducting the press conference, media interviews and meetings with tour operators
     Organization of the Facebook sweepstakes

LATAM Airlines

We organized for our South American client LATAM Airlines a cooking evening with famous Argentinian chef Chakall and a sommelier for a Chilean wine tasting. The airline invited their most important clients thus strengthened business relationships in a relaxed atmosphere while preparing a 3-course dinner together.

The organization included invitation management, the production of give-aways for the guests, coordination with the sommelier for the wine tasting including the selection of wines as well as the selection of the menu in accordance with the chef.


Our brief was to open the easyHotel Frankfurt with a bang! In order to increase the awareness and to draw even more attention to the opening, we got celebrity support by Senna Gammour – a trendy, young and real Frankfurt girl with about 800,000 fans on Facebook and 600,000 followers on Instagram. Senna promoted the event on her social media channels and we selected invitees through sweepstakes and also addressed important journalists.

After a tour through the upcoming and bustling “Bahnhofsviertel” we transformed three entire floors of the hotel into a unique party venue with an open bar and a DJ.

SriLankan Airlines 

We have organized a gate event at Frankfurt Airport for SriLankan Airlines. We accompanied our customer in the planning, implementation and follow-up of the event. The guest list contained principal product manager of German tour operators as well as journalists from the most important tourist media in Germany. In addition to a speech by Germany Manager Sharuka Wickrama Adittiya, there was a tour through the new Airbus A330-300 and a common lunch. A press release was sent concomitantly.

BZ.COMM represents Palm Springs on the German market among other destinations. Year after year we realize creative marketing ideas and increase the number of visitors by:

• Developing marketing collateral (branding and positioning strategy, brochures, banners, fact sheets)
• Strengthening online presence (website, social media content kit, online ads)
• Establishing trade partnerships (list of tour operators and agents, sales calls, educational webinars, familiarization trips, follow-up surveys and interviews)
• Generating earned media coverage (list of publications and media contacts, media outreach, news updates, press kit)
• Participating in events (trade shows, networking and end-consumer events)

China rally in Bad Kissingen

Our diverse connections within the tourism industry offer our customers and partners new perspectivesthanks to the mediation of BZ.COMM our long-standing customer Bad Kissingen could welcome a Chinese tour group with 34 participants of the tour operator China Tours. Since then Bad Kissingen is an integral part of China Tours´ portfolio and opened up the Chinese market. Another advantage: The visit from the Far East also attracted the attention of the local press.
